Our Long history of legal services dates back to 1933 when Brooks B. Callaghan began practicing law in Summersville, WV after graduating from Harvard Law School.  He moved the practice to Richwood WV in 1937 and practiced there until his death in 1983.

     DAN O. CALLAGHAN joined the firm in 1962 and was followed by JULIA R. CALLAGHAN in 1994.

     Dan (Of Counsel) and Julia now maintain offices in Summersville, WV.  We're proud to be a part of Nicholas County and to represent its people and businesses.

     Our offices are located at 600 Main Street, Summersville, West Virginia.  Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Evening, Weekend, Hospital and Home appointments available.
